FabHotel Rooms 27 - Nr Hitech City

The room given to me was very dirty, found a cigarette bud in the washroom, someone clearly smoked in there before it was given to me. Someone tried to open the door from outside while I was inside, no deadbolt, the sheets were very sad, i couldnt even sleep. I left within 6 hours.

The attendant was sober and down to earth. He was willing to help. Location is good.

The bathroom and room walls were not clean, it had smoke smell. Toiletries missing The breakfast was not on site.

The place was cheap and it was easy to contact the management 24/7.

They didn't have any breakfast, although it was said on booking.com that they did have breakfast. The staff was friendly, but was not properly trained. I tried to pay using my credit card, but they didn't know how to do a card transaction. They asked for my passport for ID, and they left my passport inside the photocopier. I thought I lost it, but the staff was friendly and returned my passport the next day. The worst thing was that the beadsheets were not clean at all, and I asked them for a replacement. Then, they brought some washed sheets, but they were even dirtier than before. Finally, I found some decent sheets to use for 5 nights.

The room size is big and spacious. Water flow in bathroom is good. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Firstly, the doors of the room do not have a proper latch. I would recommend to put a proper door lock in every room as this may become a security concern. The doors don't even have a peep hole. Also since everyone has access to all floors, this may become a security concern.Secondly, on two days the people on 4th floor were making furniture noises, dragging or it seemed like some carpentry was happening at 2 AM.Thirdly, they do not keep complimentary water in the room upon check in.

Staff was polite good rooms breakfast was nice

Hotel ambience was good spacious rooms breakfast was tasty near by office hub

Tried to call the property several times but in vain. To locate the property is very difficult. Decided to stay in another property nearby.

Receptionist should attend phone calls or delegate someone else to attend calls.

Nothing to like about in that hotel

Unhygienic, poor service I checked out next day morning only..that change me again for one day..inspite of making advance payment

Staffs are very proactive and helpful , shower geyser , ac , power backup very good 5/5

Hygiene and rooms smells i found many used socks on the drawer and blood stain on the blanket , cleanliness is lacking , pic taken i think since 1947 story, i reached late i dint have option but to stay here for one night.

Nothing much. Just okay

Pathetic checkin process and billing process. No proper response from the staff. Booking included breakfast, but they informed that it will be arranged after 9am. Even after multiple requests to provide by 8.30am, no response. They kept on saying if you have any issues, speak with customer care. No one at the hotel was concerned.

Value for money. Good location close to offices in hitec city. Ok in terms of cleanliness. Good water pressure in shower

Tiny room. Water leaking in bathroom. Mosquitoes in room as window was left open, but all out provided which was ok.

Cleanliness and facilities were value for money..

Staff was unavailable many times .. two out of three days I missed the breakfast because it was not delivered on time ..

Bad

It was mentioned breakfast will be provided but hotel denied me the same, and that was the only reason I booked this hotel.

Location was good. Vending machine was helpful.

Room had smokey smell. Pillow covers were unclean. No hygiene kit.

It's fine for the amount you spend. Nothing else other than that.

The location is a bit tricky to locate, have to walk a few km to reach out to some good eataries. No arrangement for breakfast or tea coffee, plates and spoons in the rooms was a bummer. Could have been better.

Location is good

The staff is not experienced, and they have not done room service in the last 2 days. The staff is arrogant, and they never try to understand the customer's requests.

Nothing much honestly except the rooms 27 management was quick to respond when a call was made to fab hotels customer service .they quickly came up to sort the issue but I wouldn’t want to be insulted by housekeeping staff and definitely wasn’t staying in the room for free .

The housekeeping staff was rude to the customers , they didn’t have enough sheets to change everyday and when asked they rudely say it can’t be changed .

Only the area was good and near to city

Everything else. Room was not clean, toilet was dirty and it was total let down and not like I assumed while watching pictures in booking app.

Good property good location clean rooms

Staff was good nice location breakfast was good
